Kristina Sanchez specializes in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and European patent applications primarily in the chemical, bioengineering, and chemical engineering arts. She also prepares European opposition proceedings, patentability opinions, validity, and freedom-to-operate opinions.

Ms. Sanchez earned her BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. During her engineering studies, she gained experience working in a biomaterials research lab, focused on hydrogel drug delivery systems where she gained experience in the research and development field.

She is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Agent.
